Randal Harper
Randal began his career in the early 90’s on the lower mainland of Vancouver. After apprenticing for many years under his father, they completed many projects together and has grown a reputable network of well established companies. Randal has worked in all areas of construction: carpenter, foreman, supervisor and now as the owner/manger of Hardec Forming Ltd.
In today’s ever-changing world, companies must diversify and expand in order to survive. Hardec has done just this by pursuing new innovations and nationwide contracts to expand the company’s stature as innovative concrete solutions
